VA Stockton Community Based Outpatient Clinic

Stockton, CA (July 8, 2020) – The Department of Veteran Affairs, Livermore is constructing two buildings totaling 161,300 square feet in Stockton, California. This project includes the construction of a 158,000 SF Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) and 3,300 SF Central Utility Plant (CUP) in Stockton, California. The CBOC will include Primary and Specialty Clinics, Diagnostic and Rehabilitation, and Support Services as part of an overall phased campus construction project over multiple years to meet the requirements of the VA Health Care System. The scope also includes landscape, parking (surface not a garage) and other exterior revisions associated with the utility feeds, cabling, and site work.
