
About the Project
Formerly known as The Warren Building, EVIVA Midtown is the first in a planned series of urban mixed-use apartment developments being built by Urban Core, LLC and Integral Development, in partnership with LDK Ventures. This building will be constructed using concrete podium with five levels of high-quality type IIIA wood frame modular residential apartments. EVIVA Midtown will be the first multi-family residential project in Sacramento to be constructed using modular construction. Five floors of residential space will sit above two floors of parking, at and below grade.
The building is planned to include approximately 176,400 gross square feet including 118 market-rate studio, one and two bedroom rental apartment units, 5,195 square feet of ground floor retail along 16th Street and 123 parking spaces on the first floor and in the basement. The site is located at the northwest corner of 16th and N Streets, one block east of Capitol Park. Its design was intended as a transition between the East End Complex of office buildings and the adjacent residential.
The project will be part of CADA’s large-scale greening effort, and will include include the first storm water retention planters in the Central City. The planters will be constructed with Proposition 84 grant funding provided by the Strategic Growth Council.
