About the Project
This Courtyard by Marriott is located near San Francisco’s Union Square. It is housed in an historic building that was converted into a key destination for tourists seeking a keen sense of history and elegance. The 18-story building was once home to the Maurice Hotel, which opened in 1930. More than 16,000 square feet of interior space was reconfigured, adding an additional 22 guestrooms and newly created light wells on the east and west property lines. The building also includes a 2-story rear annex which housing a double height ballroom. The building totals nearly 58,000 square feet and sits on an 8,250 square foot lot.
